Since Rain Minns is the lead attorney on the firm's cases and refuses to sacrifice quality for a larger volume of clients, we limit the number of matters that we handle. While clients may spend some time with another attorney or a paralegal, most of their time is spent with Rain.
Initial phone consultations and in-person meetings are often free. In fact, an in-person meeting with Rain is normally required before anyone can become a client. However, submitting a contact form will not necessarily get you an appointment. While potential clients are valued, our first priority is to our current clients. We have made a commitment to them. In addition, most of our business comes from referrals from individuals that we have helped. Consequently, potential client screening is taken very seriously since our clients entrust us with some of the most important issues in their lives.
We almost never handle a case that Rain is not willing to take to trial in a courtroom. That said, when it is in the client’s best interest, settlements still occur.
